Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Loot Deck mobile application (the "App") operated by us ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Eligibility

By using the App, you represent that you are of legal age to consent to data processing in your jurisdiction (for example, at least 13 years old in the United States under COPPA, or 16 in certain European countries). If you do not meet this requirement, you may not use the App.

3. Description of Service

Loot Deck is a mobile application that aggregates information about free game giveaways, Humble Bundles, and free-to-play game releases from various third-party sources. The App may send push notifications to inform users about new deals and offers.

4. Monetization and Future Changes

While Loot Deck is currently provided for free, we reserve the right to introduce advertising, paid subscriptions, or other premium features in the future. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes that affect the cost or core functionality of using the App.

5. Third-Party Content and External Links

The App displays information and links sourced from third-party platforms (e.g., Epic Games Store, Steam, GOG, Humble Bundle). We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, availability, or accuracy of these third-party offers. All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners. Redeeming offers on third-party sites is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those respective platforms.

6. No Guarantee of Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the information displayed in the App is accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not guarantee that:

• Any giveaway or deal will remain available at the time you access it.
• The App will be available at all times without interruption.
• All information displayed is complete, accurate, or error-free.

7. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended, lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Not use any automated systems (such as bots or scrapers) to extract data from the App.
• Not interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks.

8. Intellectual Property

The App's code, design, and original content (excluding third-party game data, cover art, and logos) are the exclusive property of Loot Deck and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use or inability to use the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice through the App or on this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ukraine.
